The Marketing and Public Affairs staff works to support MSOE's mission in the following ways:

To develop, implement and/or support marketing initiatives of the university, including a corporate identity program for MSOE.
To inform internal, local, state and national audiences about MSOE activities through marketing-based local, regional, and national media relations, advertising, special events, and other communication vehicles.
To assist other departments in the development of marketing communication vehicles from conceptualization through application and/or distribution. This includes such things as copy writing and editing, publications design, audiovisual production and Web page development.
To develop and administer graphic standards for campus-wide use of logo, newsletter publications, institutional Web pages and other university-visible paraphernalia.
