"When I received my CIS associate degree, I knew a four-year degree was needed. As I looked at different universities, I was impressed with the enthusiasm everyone at MSOE had. Plus, they accepted all the courses of my associate degree and I entered with junior standing. The scholarships and financial aid that was available also were factors. It has turned out to be a great decision as I graduated in Spring 2004 with a BS degree in management with a concentration in information systems and a minor in marketing."

MSOE's Rader School of Business invites current or recent associate degree graduates of a Wisconsin technical college or other college to continue their education and earn a bachelor's degree in management (BSM).
MSOE's Rader School of Business gives full credit for an associate degree so students may complete a bachelor's degree in as little as two years. Students enrolling in this 2+2 program will receive a BSM degree from MSOE in one of five concentration areas: information systems (computer systems and networking), operations management, marketing management, financial management or business administration.
Working Professional Track
The Rader School of Business now offers a curriculum track that provides adult working professionals who have associate's degree (or two years of college credits) with an option to complete their MSOE bachelor's degree in only TWO years.
Check the current BSM Working Professionals Program for more information.

While the Rader School of Business will accept any associate degree from a Wisconsin technical college or other college, some degrees are a better fit with the BSM curriculum. These degrees are covered under formal transfer agreements between MSOE and the college.
