Advanced Degree ProgramsThe Rader School of Business offers two advanced degrees - one in engineering management and the other in medical informatics. The Master of Science degree in Engineering Management ( MSEM ) specifically meets the needs of those with technical degrees who are interested in moving into management. Think of it as an "MBA for engineers." Recently, a 18-month accelerated version of the program has been introduced. The Master of Science degree in Medical Informatics ( MSMI ) is a joint effort with the Medical College of Wisconsin and encompasses the juncture of medicine, business and information technology.
